If you prefer to collect your order from one of our retail stores, please follow these steps:

1. Place your order via phone or our website.

2. Wait for notification: Allow 1–3 business days for your goods to be transferred to your chosen branch.

3. Collect: We will contact you as soon as your item is ready for pickup at Gepps Cross or Mt Barker.

Direct Warehouse Collection (Gillman)

For the fastest turnaround, you can arrange to collect your order directly from our main distribution centre.

Collection Checklist: Is Your Vehicle Ready?

Before you head out to collect your bulky items, please ensure your vehicle is up to the task. Bulky items are heavy and come in large, protective crates.

• Check the Dimensions: Check the product description for "Packaged Dimensions." Ensure your boot, tray, or trailer has enough clearance (don't forget to account for wheel arches!).

• Recommended Vehicles: A Ute, Van, or Trailer is highly recommended. Most mobile workstations will not fit in a standard sedan or small SUV.

• Tie-Down Straps: Safety first! Please bring ratchet straps or heavy-duty ropes. We want your new gear to arrive home in the same condition it left us.

• Protect Your Interior: If you are using a clean SUV or Van, we recommend bringing old blankets or cardboard to protect your upholstery from the heavy packaging.

• Unloading at Home: While we have forklifts to load you up at our end, please consider how you will safely unload at your destination. These units often require two people to lift safely.

Can I just buy the floor model and take it today?

To ensure every customer receives a brand-new, factory-sealed unit, our floor models at Gepps Cross and Mt Barker are for demonstration only. This allows you to test the drawers and build quality before ordering your own fresh unit from the warehouse.

Why is there a 1–3 day wait for store collection?

Because these items are so large, we don't keep full stock of every model at the retail branches. We transfer your specific unit from our Gillman distribution centre to your preferred store once your order is confirmed.

Can I pay for my item at the Gillman Warehouse?

Our Gillman location is a distribution centre, not a retail storefront. All orders must be pre-paid via phone or online before you arrive for collection.

What happens if I arrive at Gillman without calling first?

To keep our warehouse safe and efficient, we require a quick phone call to (08) 8260 6333 to "book" your pickup slot. This ensures your item is pulled from the racks and ready to be loaded the moment you arrive.

Do you offer delivery for bulky items?

Yes! If you don't have a suitable vehicle, we can arrange delivery for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote based on your location.

What do I do with the wooden shipping pallet?

To ensure your bulky items arrive in perfect condition without tipping or shifting during transport, they are securely bolted or strapped to a standard wooden pallet. Note: Not all bulky items come with a pallet.

• Ownership: Once you collect or receive your item, the pallet is yours to keep.

• Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of or recycle the pallet after unboxing.

• Safety Tip: If you are collecting from one of our stores or the Gillman warehouse, please ensure your vehicle can accommodate the extra footprint of the pallet (usually $1165\text{ mm}\times 1165\text{ mm}$).
